Renanthera Vietnamensis x Phalaenopsis Schilleriana "TKP" - Seedling

Renanthopsis Vietnamensis x Schilleriana, a hybrid of a spectacular flare from Vietnam, Renanthera Vietnamensis, and the pink paradise orchid from Philippines, Phalaenopsis Schilleriana "TKP". This offering is a rare occurrence and even more as an interspecies hybrid between Renanthera and Phalaenopsis.

Renanthera is a high light, high humidity growing orchid. Phalaenopsis is a low light and big flowering orchid. A hybrid would require care requirements between these two orchids.

Phalaenopsis Orchids are warm epiphytic growing orchid well suited to accompany you in the home environment. Phalaenopsis are your plant best friend able to care for you while you care for it. Phalaenopsis have been prized for decades and provide beauty with colourful and large blooms without any overly intricate care requirements.

Care Requirements:

Keep dryer than most Phalaenopsis but more moisture than Vanda. We are still trialling the best setup for this particular hybrid but we are finding more airy media and room for roots to grow.

Requirements vary depending on the genetic makeup and species parenthood of the orchid. Additionally note that and some orchids may change their growing conditions to suit their environment.
